By booking your appointment you agree to the following:
     
Cancellation Policy
     
No refunds will be made for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will be given a refund. If you wish to cancel, do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You are responsible for canceling your appointment.
     
Reschedules
     
Re-scheduling may be done by the client 48 hours in advance. If you wish to re- schedule, do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You are responsible for re- scheduling your appointment.
     
No Shows
     
No shows will be charged for the full amount of their reading. No refunds will be made and your appointment will not be re-scheduled.   
          
Late Arrivals
      
If you are late to your appointment, your appointment will be shortened by the length of time by which you were late (i.e., if you were late by 15 minutes, your appointment will be 30 minutes rather than the full 45 minutes). If you are late, you will still be charged for the full session.
      
Age      
By scheduling your appointment, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.
      
Prepare for the Reading
      
This is a client-guided reading. By scheduling your appointment, you agree that you are aware of this and if needed will prepare questions in advance that you want Leah Gibson to ask The Pinnacle. Some clients choose to come into the reading with a general idea of what they’d like to discuss rather than specific questions. Allow your intuition to guide you.
      
The Records provide an infinite resource of information on your past lives, present life and future possibilities. The word possibilities is important here, as nothing is set in stone. If you are lost, confused and unsure of what to ask, Leah Gibson can help guide your reading and explore the information that The Pinnacle provide further.
      
Leah Gibson cannot read someone else’s Records for you (this includes your child, partner, parent, etc.).
